Just so you know.

I am leaving LiveJournal. I mean, I've been using LJ for a long time so it's time to move on..to something new. Anyway, guess what blog site I'm using now? Yes, Tumblr. I guess it's not that confusing to me anymore compared to before. New website link: www.annahow.tumblr.com

I'm not deleting my LJ account though, it still has all the memories in it! I might come back, MIGHT. Will see how it goes. Initially signed up for posterous but deleted my account like 15 minutes later, it was too confusing and customization was like so limited.

ps, I had the thought of leaving LJ due to the annoying ads on the website. Apparently you can only get rid of it if you are on Premium account. Which, of course, you'll need to pay. Really, LJ should really learn to know how to attract more people because obviously people like me who just wants to blog does not want to pay for the sake of removing the ads.

ps, I can't take off this color and the underline because of the link that I posted above, it started to affect my post after that link. Another reason why I dislike LJ..

So we came back from Quebec two days ago. It was fun! Tiring but at the same time, worth it. The places were beautiful! One bad thing is the weather. Even while in the bus. It was so hot the whole time I almost died. And I couldn't sleep well in the bus too. And they don't provide curtains for all windows! Well for our last ride I had blinds on my window but it couldn't even stop the sunlight from burning me. The bus was terrible. Enough said.

Of course, best part was the hotels! The first hotel was in Montreal and the second in Quebec City. Although it's the best place to be, we didn't get to spend more time there since we had to be awake at 6 every morning. Damn! And yeah, we were on tour with other tourists.

So..I still have no luck in finding a job so far. Oh btw my sister already found herself a summer job in Popeye's. Heard it's really tough though. She sometimes get back like 11 at night. It's a restaurant job. I signed up for a Newspaper Carrier job and also sent in my cover letter. No news so far but I really hope I'll get it! They don't pay much but still, it's an easy job. That's why it's not easy to get it..My mom wants me to do volunteer jobs this summer so I don't have to do it when school starts. Guess that's a good idea..but I'm too lazy to look out for opportunities..:(

Anyway, I got new glasses today! It's frameless. Ordered it through online..and for some reason it doesn't fit right. Like my head is bigger than it. Gonna go get it fixed, hopefully it will work. It looks like this:

Have you heard Rebecca Black's new song yet? It's called My Moment. Unsurprisingly, she still has majority of dislikes than likes for that video, but I think she has done a pretty OK job. I mean, it's much better than Friday and she's obviously trying to improve, why not give the girl a chance?

Anyway. School is over and summer is here! Well started few weeks ago actually, while the lazy me is too lazy to bother blogging in her blog, let alone visit it. 

I know there're lots of stuff I need to talk about. But..where to start? 

I'M GOING TO QUEBEC THIS FRIDAY! Which is..three days later! It's only a three-day trip. STILL. It's gonna be AWESHUM!

And then..New York on August. 

FYI. It is so hot here. I'm dying.

Again, title says it all. If you don't know, it's about my little encounter with my careers teacher. His name is Mrs. Solomo. Can't tell you the whole story now. Just need to know how much he rocks :)

Yups. Title said it all..CRAPPYYYYY DAYYYYY.

I don't know why. But I'm getting a lot of those days recently.

I'm bored..what should I do? Was thinking of watching Vampire Diaries..or..Darker than Black.

Maybe not. Shall find stuff for Romeo and Juliet presentation..I don't think I have a lot of homework. What's the meaning of this post anyway..?

Title says it all. So, yeah. What do you think of my new layout? Got bored of the old one. And I realized I was using it for..I don't know..a year? Also..check out my new Harry Potter mood themes! :)

It's a Saturday, alright ignore the fact that there's still about 7 minutes to Sunday. 

Anyway..I haven't been doing anything today. I know. Watched two movies - Wizards of Waverly Place and Hotels for Dogs (which was for the second time).

Oh and Bubble Day was on Thursday! Meaning we officially choose the courses we want for next year. Remember how I said I'll most definitely be taking Choir and MIDI? Well, guess what? I take none of those. Yes, none of them. First, I gave up on MIDI because it requires a Grade 10 prerequisite to take the Grade 11 one. And I most definitely do NOT want a Grade 10 course in Grade 11. I can, but, no thank you. And I found out Grade 11 vocal happens DURING school hours. Yeah, no more extra credit course. No more waking up early. But..I found out about that AFTER I chose all the courses I wanted. And yeah, I was initially thinking, "Well Choir is an extra course so I don't have to think about it, definitely taking it." But who knows, it's gonna be one of our 8 courses? D:

The three compulsory courses that I'm taking are English, Math, and Science. Yep, Science again. I'll just have to survive with it for one more year. That's it. ONE more year and I'm done. Yes, no Physics, no Chemistry, no Biology. I am an anti-Science person. Full stop. :)

The other 5 electives that I chose are Busincess Accounting, Computer Science. Photography, Economics, and Communications Technology - Animation. Pretty cool I guess. 

Thinking of taking Grade 12 choir the following year. We'll see. Or maybe I'll take it in university? Thinking of majoring in either Business or Computer Studies and then minoring in Music..

So anyway..I finished Darker than Black! It's an anime that I started last week. It's awesome! Hei is SO cool! ;)



He has two sides in him..the dark side and the innocent side. The dark side is his real self though. :)



He becomes Li Shunsheng when he acts as the cute one. He tells people he's in student exchange from China. :)

Starting season 2 probably..tomorrow. It's not as good as the first one but oh well.
